The Application Process
At this stage we help you fill out an application form for a university of choice. In some instances students might chose to apply at multiple universities to open up their options a bit.
Collecting documents relevant to your application
This will typically include:
-full details of previous study, including copies of qualifications already awarded to you
-evidence of your English language proficiency (for undergraduate and postgraduate studies, and vocational education and training)
We ensure you have met all the documentary requirements before you apply for a course.
If you are currently enrolled in a course of study, you might be granted provisional acceptance on the basis of previous academic performance in anticipation that your final examination results do not differ greatly from the grades already attained
Australian educational institutions are very quick but thorough with their assessment of application forms by international students. Normally, depending on the time of year you have the result of your application within a couple of weeks.
Confirmation of enrolment
If you're successful with your application, the institution will send you a letter of offer. You may then be required to undergo a pre-visa assessment. Upon success with the pre-visa assessment – you can then finalize the offer by paying a deposit (usually one semester's tuition fee + Overseas Student Health Cover + any other applicable fees).
The institution issues an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) upon receipt of payment of course fees. The eCoE is the only accepted evidence of enrolment for processing student visa applications.
Once you have your eCoE you're then ready to apply for a student visa.
