1) Counseling & planning your educational future

Even though this is the first part of the process this could potentially be the most vital part of the entire process. During this session we listen to you tell us about your career aspirations and your education goals. Based on that info, we provide you with options regarding study opportunities in Australia. We talk you through the Australian Education system, student life in Australia and provide you with different course options, durations and places to study.

2) Course Selection

After you've had time to chew on the initial information we help you narrow down to your desired course and institution. Our experienced counselors should be able to answer any/all of your questions. At this point you should be comfortable with your chosen course, university/college and city.

3) The Application Process

At this stage we help you fill out an application form for a university of choice. Australian Universities are very efficient in terms of responding to applications. Normally you would expect a response regarding your application from institutions within 2 to 6weeks.

4) Visa Application

Our counselors will assist you through the entire visa process. During this process we counsel you with all that's required including assisting you with your visa application and helping you satisfy all requirements.

5) Pre-Departure

At this point you've been granted your student visa. Our counselors will assist you with your flight bookings and run you through your accommodation options. After that our counselors will also give you a pre-departure talk to prepare you for your arrival in Australia. The talks include information relating to but not limited to-valuable informational tips and the opportunity to meet up with fellow prospective students.

6) Arrival & Reception

Our counselors can organize arrival receptions for you - we organize to have someone meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation. This is a very convenient mode of transport and most of our students utilize this facility.
